StudioBordo is a design and leadership development studio built on a decade of experience helping individuals, organizations, and nonprofits communicate with clarity and purpose. We combine creative execution with strategic thinking, offering comprehensive design services across web, print, and digital media, including brand identity, book and publication design, and presentation development, alongside systems and process consulting for organizations navigating growth or change. Squarespace is our web design platform of choice, and our team is certified to build, manage, and support websites on it.

At the heart of StudioBordo is a genuine desire to help people process through their current season of life. We are certified debriefers, meeting with individuals in person or via Zoom, and we're able to walk alongside people anywhere in the world through remote consultation. Whether someone is living abroad, working in a high-stress environment, or simply navigating a difficult chapter, we want to hear their story. Our goal in every debriefing conversation is to help people process their present so they can move forward with greater resilience and clarity in their future.

  • Elias GARMAN
    Co-CEO & Director of Design, Debriefer, and Leadership Development

    Elias leads design and leadership development strategy at StudioBordo, bringing over a decade of cross-cultural leadership experience to every project. A multilinguist and lifelong learner with a background spanning finance, nonprofit management, and international education, Elias combines strategic thinking with creative execution to help people communicate with clarity and impact.

    He provides comprehensive design services across digital and print media, including web design, brand identity, book and publication design, and presentation development for organizations and individuals alike. Alongside his design work, Elias is a certified debriefer through both the SeeBeyond and Le Rucher modules, and he co-founded a School of Leadership focused on developing emerging leaders. His professional background includes experience as a financial underwriter and as a project manager for a nonprofit organization, giving him a practical, results-oriented lens on both business and mission-driven work.

    Elias is currently advancing his clinical training through a Master's program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, further deepening his ability to support individuals and teams through growth and transition.

    Timothy is the mastermind behind strategic thinking, systems design, and organizational process at StudioBordo. He brings a rare combination of analytical precision and big-picture vision, with a demonstrated ability to identify the details others overlook and translate them into clear, functional systems. Timothy is fluent in English and French, with working communicative ability in German.

    He specializes in harnessing technology to bring structure and organization to teams and workflows, helping people move from ambiguity to clarity. As a trainer, Timothy excels at identifying exactly what needs to be taught and building systems that deliver it effectively, making him a valuable asset for organizations navigating growth, transition, or operational complexity.

    Timothy is currently advancing his clinical training through a Master's program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a long-term interest in integrating music therapy into his future counseling practice. His creative sensibility gives him a natural rapport with artistic and expressive individuals, complementing his analytical strengths with genuine relational insight.
